I enjoyed the book but found that most of the homes featured were in Paris. French authors with limited persepective? Interesting peek into exclusive homes but found the art a bit repetitious.
The author takes us for a visit to collectors homes, and allows us to have a look at their private assembly of objects, paintings and sculptures they are passionate about. We can view the art in its context, we can see the juxtaposition of objects and furniture as these are being used by its owners, without pretending, revealing more than just the art.
